The King: Eternal Monarch (2020)

"The King: Eternal Monarch" introduces Yi Gon, the esteemed third Korean emperor, viewed by his citizens as an impeccable leader. Yet, beneath this flawless facade lies a profound childhood trauma: the brutal murder of his father during a coup when he was just eight years old. Instead of embracing his royal responsibilities, Yi Gon often eludes the palace, preferring to attend university conferences in secret.
